Laser techniques

ILT is gespecialiseerd in het produceren van nauwkeurige en complexe producten. Dit doen wij door middel van microlasersnijden, -lassen en -ablatie, waarbij we ILT specialises in producing precise and complex products. We do this by means of micro laser cutting, welding and ablation. With laser ablation, we can machine with sub-micron accuracy. We also have the possibility of laser engraving and micro-setting of laser-cut products.

• High-quality laser-cut edges and surface condition due to minimal heat input

• Control and qualification in our measuring room
• Possibility of in-house barrel-polishing, pickling and cleaning as well as being able to subcontract to approved suppliers for surface and cleaning treatments
