Micro laser cutting

Laser cutting is a flexible and fast production method for manufacturing parts with arbitrary shapes from various materials.
Using YAG, fibre and CO2 lasers, we can laser-cut sheet metal parts for you with extreme precision.
We machine sheet/foil thicknesses from 0.01 mm to 3.00 mm in two categories: “fine cutting” and “normal cutting.”

DIVISION OF LASER CUTTING CATEGORIES:

  • “Fine cutting” in maximum dimensions of 400 x 400 mm and thicknesses from 0.01 to 1.5 mm. Contour accuracies up to +/- 0.005 mm are possible.
  • “Normal cutting” in maximum dimensions of 900 x 600 mm and thicknesses from 0.3 to 3.00 mm. Contour accuracies up to +/- 0.02 mm.

The most common types of materials are possible, except plastics and toxic materials.
Copper cutting is possible up to a maximum thickness of 0.5 mm. Cutting thick-walled copper is not part of our capabilities.
